Where is your headquarters? 

We are in Calgary, Alberta, Canada 

Do you franchise? Can I open a POPSCOOPS? 

Sorry, we do not franchise. We own and operate all of our scoop shops. While there are plenty of great franchised businesses out there, we prefer to remain exclusively in control of the quality of our products and services.  Plus we love the day-to-day work of what we do! 

Where can I buy POPSCOOPS? 

You can find our boozy infused floats, ice cream, milkshakes, beverages, etc online  www.popscopps.ca

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer flat-rate shipping in the Canadian based on the postal code of your shipping destination. We don’t ship out the country yet. 

You can order as little as 4 pints and as many as you like—and you still pay the same price per delivery. 

We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes. 

Frozen goods shipped via flat-rate shipping arrive 1 to 2 days after being shipped, depending on the shipping destination. (At checkout, we’ll tell you the week your package will be delivered.) 

 

What's your return policy? 

All sales are final. If your ice cream doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost. Need customer service?

Do you have gift cards? 

We offer gift cards and e-gift cards, which can be purchased online or in our pops and scoop shops, and can be redeemed online or in our scoop shops.

Can I surprise someone with a gift of POPSCOOPS

Surprises are great—we love surprises!—but since you’re sending a perishable gift, you’ll want to make sure that the recipient is going to be home to open the package and put the contents in the freezer. 

Do you include receipts in your gift shipments? 

We don’t include receipts, pricing information, or payment details in shipments. 

Can I include a note to the recipient? 

Yes. At checkout, there’s a field called “gift message.” Type the message you’d like to include with your gift and we’ll print the note for you.
